Refund policy

Due to the unique nature of our handmade crystal jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please read the following carefully before making your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

All InnerMind pieces are crafted from natural crystals, each with its own one-of-a-kind characteristics. All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

To ensure you are happy with your purchase:

  • We provide real photos and videos of the actual product before shipping for your confirmation.

  • Minor natural features such as inclusions, cloudiness, or internal lines are common in genuine crystals and are not considered defects.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package at innermindmarketing@gmail.com. Include your order number, photos, and (if possible) an unboxing video. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a resolution accordingly.

Refund Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, one-of-a-kind, or handmade items

  • Items that have been confirmed by photo/video before shipping

EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Please contact us at innermindmarketing@gmail.com to initiate the process.

Refunds

If your return is approved due to damage or error, we will notify you and process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at innermindmarketing@gmail.com.
